FAQ's

Can I call in or email you my order?

In order to ensure there are no mishpas, and all orders are filled and sent out properly, orders must be placed online through our system. 

 

Can I order in advance?

Yes! The earlier the better, we appreciate the advance notice, it also helps us make sure our freezers are stocked with enough meat and chicken. 

 

Can I order less than 24 hours in advance?

Unfortunately, we can only take orders at least 24 hours in advance. In case of an emergency please email info@Jewisharuba.com to see if we can help.

 

Can I pickup my order?

Yes! Your order will be ready Sunday- Thursday after 7pm and Friday after 4pm to be picked up at Chabad. Please choose pickup on the delivery options.

 

How will I receive my order delivery?

Most resorts will need the customers to accept their own food delivery and therefore our cook will message you when she is delivering your food so you can meet her at the lobby.

 

Can my dinner be ready and delivered before 7pm?

All food orders are being freshly made and will only be ready between 7-8pm. To inquire if we are able to make a special accommodation to have your order delivered earlier please email info@jewisharuba.com

 

Do you offer a lunch or breakfast menu?

At this time we are only able to offer a dinner menu. If you would like to order items from the menu for lunch we can deliver the night before and package it for reheating. Please indicate in the comments that you will need the packaging for reheating.

 

Can I submit one order for my whole stay in Aruba?

Yes, of course. Please indicate in the comments box which items you would like delivered on which dates.

 

Are there any kosher products in the local supermarkets?
