FAQs

Can I call in or email you my order?

To ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered without any mishaps, they must be placed online through our system at JewishAruba.com/Kosher for dinner and JewishAruba.com/Lunch for lunch.

Can I order in advance?

Yes! The earlier, the better. We appreciate the advance notice, as it helps us ensure our freezers are stocked with enough meat and chicken.

Can I order less than 24 hours in advance?

Unfortunately, we can only accept orders at least 24 hours in advance. In case of an emergency, please email [email protected] to see if we can assist.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes! You can pick up your order at Chabad. Dinner orders are available for pickup Sunday–Thursday after 7 PM and Friday after 4 PM, while lunch orders can be picked up Monday–Thursday from 12–1 PM. Please choose PICKUP on the delivery options.

How will I receive my order delivery?

Most resorts require customers to accept their own food deliveries. Therefore, our cook will message you when she is delivering your food so you can meet her in the lobby.

Can my dinner be ready and delivered before 7 PM?

All food orders are freshly made and will only be ready between 7–8 PM. To inquire about special accommodation for an earlier delivery, please email [email protected].

Do you offer a lunch or breakfast menu?

We now offer a lunch menu, available Monday through Thursday. If you would like to order items from the dinner menu for lunch, we can deliver them the night before and package them for reheating. Please indicate in the comments that you will need the packaging for reheating.

Can I submit one order for my whole stay in Aruba?

Yes, of course! Please indicate in the comments box which items you would like delivered on specific dates.

Are there any kosher products in the local supermarkets?

Yes, there are plenty! However, different stores carry different products. Click here for a short write-up on what kosher items to expect in local stores.
